Where can I find information about the delivery of my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use at any time to track the current delivery status.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
The invoice for your order will be sent as an attachment to the email confirming its dispatch. You can also find the invoice in your customer account – after logging in, in the My Invoices section, where you can download it at any time. The invoice for a specific order can be downloaded by clicking on the order code.
Is it possible to modify an order after it has been placed?
It depends on whether the order has already been paid. If not yet, a change is possible – write to us at info@fgarms.sk and we will be happy to help.
Once the order has been paid, modifications are unfortunately no longer possible.

Is it possible to place an order by phone?
No.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most parcels are delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch. In exceptional cases, the parcel may arrive slightly later – for example depending on the carrier's workload.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you can collect your order in person at our pick-up point:

When collecting your order, please have your order number or the email address used during the purchase ready.
In-person collection is only available for orders placed in advance through the e-shop and subsequently confirmed by one of our staff members.
What delivery options do you offer?
Orders are shipped via DPD courier, who will deliver the parcel directly to your address.
How much will I pay for delivery?
The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and the total weight of the order:

The final delivery cost will always be displayed directly in the cart after selecting the delivery method.
Why do you require an identity document number?
When selling category D weapons (air guns, bows, crossbows, airsoft guns, etc.), Slovak law requires us to maintain an internal record – the so-called Record Book. In it, in addition to the customer's first and last name, we also record the number of their identity document.
This obligation arises from Slovak Act No. 190/2003 Coll. on firearms and ammunition and from Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic No. 555/2003 Coll.
Without a valid identity document number, the order unfortunately cannot be processed.
