How can I return products?

By mail to: Javorová 32/451, 958 04 Partizánske - Veľké Bielice. Please attach the accompanying sheet (you received it as an attachment in the e-mail along with the invoice), where you indicate the purchase receipt number and the bank account number.

Should I return the goods together with the original packaging?

Please always try to return the goods in the condition you took them over – complete, with complete documentation, undamaged, clean and, if possible, in the original packaging. The consumer is liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than necessary because of their nature and characteristics.

Can I return an item for any reason?

You know exactly what you get. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, you can return them without giving a reason. You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will refund you the money, or we will exchange the goods for different ones according to your wishes.

However, we will be very happy if you state the reason because we care about the satisfaction of our customers and we want to improve our services and products. If you buy the goods as an entrepreneur or a company, we also meet in these situations, we always decide on a specific case based on the assessment of the product.

When I get back my money?

We always try to return the payments as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days of withdrawal if the goods were returned to us.

What if items are missing from my package or arrived damaged?

If, after receiving your package, you notice that:
- items are missing from the package,
- items arrived damaged,
- or the contents do not match your order,

contact us as soon as possible. If possible, we recommend attaching photos of the packaging and the items, which will help us verify and resolve the issue more quickly.

How do I make a product claim?

If a purchased product has a manufacturing defect or other fault, you can submit a complaint within two years from the date of purchase. When making a complaint, please first contact us by email and fill out the complaint form, which you will attach to the shipment along with the goods in question.

How long does it take to process a complaint?

We aim to handle complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days. You will be continuously informed of both the receipt and the outcome of your complaint via email.
