Wholesale
FG Agency s.r.o. offers part of its product range at wholesale prices to start-up entrepreneurs and to businesses with a similar product range. We offer a wide selection of goods from various brands.
To register for wholesale, please follow the conditions below:
- First of all, you need to register on our website using the registration form as an entrepreneur – company.
- A further condition for trade registration and purchasing at wholesale prices (B2B) is that you send us a copy of your extract from the commercial register (or a similar register), your trade licence, your VAT registration certificate (if you are VAT-registered) and your firearms licence (in the case of purchasing restricted goods – firearms and ammunition).
- Please send the documents listed above together with your customer username by e-mail to info@fgarms. Once we have received these documents and checked them, your registration will be approved.
DISPLAYING WHOLESALE PRICES
- Once your registration as an entrepreneur – company has been approved, you will see wholesale prices (B2B) after logging in to our e-shop for those products we also offer at wholesale prices.
- What if you are interested in a product for which no wholesale price is available? In that case, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you an individually agreed discount.
- An individually agreed discount off the wholesale price is likewise possible for larger orders.

- Order online through our e-shop (the fastest way to have your order processed and fulfilled)

DELIVERY OPTIONS
- As standard, we ship orders by private courier service
- Selected firearms and ammunition are shipped via a security service (SBS), within Slovakia only
- Personal collection is possible at our company address (Javorová 451/32, Veľké Bielice – Partizánske, Slovakia)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Within Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland we also ship goods cash on delivery, or against advance payment (bank transfer)
- Orders to other countries are processed only after payment in advance (bank transfer)
- For selected, verified business partners we also ship orders with a payment term of 14 days from delivery of the goods, subject to individual agreement
- At our company premises / shop you can pay in cash (euros) or by QR code.
BASIC TERMS OF COOPERATION
- Compliance with the minimum recommended retail prices, particularly by partner online shops
- We recommend that our business partners check whether a wholesale price (B2B) is available for a given product before adding it to the cart.
- Complaints about the unavailability of a wholesale price (B2B) raised after the goods have been delivered will not be accepted and are not grounds for returning the goods!
- If part of the goods in an order is unavailable, we ship only part of the order. If you wish to be informed in advance which items from your order are unavailable and will not be shipped, please write this in the order notes (for online orders), state it clearly in your e-mail (for e-mail orders), or point it out when placing an order by telephone.
- Please check all goods immediately upon receipt (whether anything is missing, damaged, etc.). Late complaints, for example about missing or damaged goods, will not be accepted!
- All other business relations and situations shall be governed, as appropriate, by our general terms and conditions and by the provisions of the Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic (Act No. 513/1991 Coll.)

DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARMED AND SECURITY FORCES
We offer special discounts to members of the armed and security forces (e.g. state and municipal police, the prison service, the military and similar institutions). To claim a discount on your order, please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will explain the procedure. These discounts cannot be combined with other discounts obtained from our online shop.
